St Peter's Scholarships are available to new entry students and those currently enrolled in our school.
Scholarships are available in the 4 following categories:
A successful candidate for the Academic Scholarship will have proven success up to and including Year 4 in a minimum of two key learning areas. English and/or Mathematics should be featured in the skill set.
The successful candidate will contribute to the academic life of the school and will be selected after sitting an independent assessment and completing an interview with the Headmaster.
Scholarships include a reduction in tuition fees by varying percentages and are available for students in Year 5, 2024. The scholarship is for a two year period encompassing Years 5 and 6.
A successful candidate for the Music Scholarship will receive band tuition and membership for up to two instruments (concert band/strings), access to our music programme and an adjusted timetable, where required, to support their learning and contribution to Music. Musical progress is essential and there is an expectation to contribute to the co-curricular life of the school.
Following an independent assessment, interview with the Headmaster and performance opportunity, scholarships including a reduction in tuition fees by varying percentages will be offered. The scholarship is for a two year period encompassing Years 5 and 6.
A Christian congregational scholarship for a practicing Christian who exemplifies what it means to live through Christ. A successful candidate will have demonstrated their contributions to the Christian life of their school and their community.
Applications should include a written reference from a Pastor/Minister. Following an independent assessment, interview with the Headmaster, scholarships including a reduction in tuition fees by varying percentages will be offered. The scholarship is for a two year period encompassing Years 5 and 6.
A successful candidate for the All Rounder Scholarship will have proven success in a range of areas within the School (for example PE, Creative Arts, Writing). The student must have citizenship as a strength, a desire to grow and learn across a number of areas. Following an independent assessment, interview with the Headmaster, scholarships including a reduction in tuition fees by varying percentages will be offered. The scholarship is for a two year period encompassing Years 5 and 6.
